Through Pulse Software Support we can assist you with DG software issues and questions, problems with security devices and connection between the DG software and your embroidery machine. All Pulse software support requests must go through our ticket system. Please do not call your sales rep, trainer or customer service representative, our ticket system will provide you with the fastest possible response time.
