The Seit SL10/300 is a Textile Laser Bridge with a galvanometric (scanning) head with a custom length bridge which allows the perfect combination of embroidery heads and work tables. When it comes to laser quality and operator safety, Seit cuts the way.

Overview


The SEIT SL10/300 Textile Bridge Laser incorporates a CO2 textile laser on a galvanometric (scanning) head and a custom length bridge beam and provides a working (cutting) field of 300mm X 300mm.

With a fluid movement of the laser beam at 2.5m / second, the SEIT SL10/300 is engineered for maximum throughput and reliability. The water-cooling system eliminates the extensive maintenance and cool-down time associated with the air-cooled systems found on other brands. It all adds up to production rates up to 4 times faster than other systems.

The bridge laser is available in custom sizes. C shaped supports keep the beam length free of obstructions to accommodate virtually any size or combination of embroidery machines with minimal floor space. It is easily expandable and works with all brands of multi-head embroidery machines.

The bridge laser  is professionally installed by Hirsh’s own Factory-Certified Staff Technicians. Both the bridge beam and laser head are carefully aligned to your individual machinery. The laser’s cutting focus is calibrated to 9 points throughout the cutting field on each individual embroidery head.

The bridge laser also provides real-time remote support via the internet. Laser functions can be controlled, diagnosed and updated remotely in a matter of minutes.

SEIT's heavy duty C-shaped centeral supports provide continuous, unimpeded movement of the laser head. Multiple embroidery machines and test stands can be placed at any and all positions along the entire length of the laser bridge’s X-Axis.

CAN BUS System

CAN BUS System

The CAN-BUS system, digitalizes all the signals of communication (clearer, faster and more stable respect to the previous analogic one) between the machine and other devices such as security scanner, laser head, laser source and many others. This technology is 100% immune to electromagnetic interference, and allows a digital control of all the main signals for the diagnosis, implementing the safety standard and the overall reliability of the system.

Unlike air-cooled systems, SEIT’s water-cooling system is independent of air temperature and does not require a "cool-down" period between runs. Water-cooling also eliminates dust build-up in the control system and stabilizes the power supply to +- 5% for the most precise laser control possible.

In addition to the test desk included in the standard supply, one or more test desks – single or in modules – may be placed for laser working other than the standard embroidery. Additional test desks are very useful to punch, prepare patches, cut adhesive films and mark on any support (wallets, key cases, fleece, bags, jeans, wood, labels, leather, belts etc…)

Simple but effective cross laser pointer to identify the working central point. It can be placed in any point of the bar, optimally over the test desk. It enables the positioning of parts – even small-sized parts – to be cut and marked.

Removable pivoting arm for tubular machines

Essential in tubular machines, it keeps the working field perfectly perpendicular for any garment. The pivoting feature was designed for closed-neck garments (T-shirts and sweaters) naturally to follow pantograph movements also during lateral embroidering/cutting.
