Color LCD Display with Real Time Message Response

Color LCD Display with Real Time Message Response

Except for the Kornit Breeze, all 93X and 95X series Kornit printers include an easy to view 15” color LCD screen with simple commands for all of the main operator functions; Automatic Cleaning, Nozzle Test, Sleep Mode, General Maintenance Motion Control, and Job Management includes a Real-Time Message Response. Kornit Breeze owners purchase their own Windows PC and the monitor size will vary.

Integrated Pre-Treatment System

Integrated Pre-Treatment System

All of the digital garment printers in the Kornit family include an integrated pre-treatment system that automatically applies a uniform application of the wetting solution (fixative agent). This eliminates the extra garment handling, as well as the messy and time consuming pre-treatment process required on our competitor's systems. Kornit's fixative agent, at $6.75 per gallon, is 98% water and 2% binder; the ink mixes with the binder, generating a chemical reaction that allows the ink to gel and bind to garments fibers for a completely wash-resistant print.
