Integrated Pre-Treatment System
All of the digital garment printers in the Kornit family include an integrated pre-treatment system that automatically applies a uniform application of the wetting solution (fixative agent). This eliminates the extra garment handling, as well as the messy and time consuming pre-treatment process required on our competitor's systems. Kornit's fixative agent, at $6.75 per gallon, is 98% water and 2% binder; the ink mixes with the binder, generating a chemical reaction that allows the ink to gel and bind to garments fibers for a completely wash-resistant print.
Lowest Ink Cost
Kornit Digital is a completely vertical company, not only do they manufacture the best garment printers, they also manufacture and control the cost of their inks and chemistries. Kornit boasts the lowest ink cost per liter in the industry. The average cost to produce a full print on a dark shirt is between $1.00 and $1.25; that same image on a white shirt will cost approximately 35 cents to produce - this is 2-4x less expensive than our competition.
Reliable Ink Delivery System
Kornit uses a gravity-based ink delivery system in tandem with a degassing system for smooth ink flow ensuring reliability and consistency, preventing ink-flow setbacks. This unique design is the most reliable system being offered in the marketplace today.
